REFUND POLICY
Techtroma appreciates and values your purchase on our website (https://www.techtroma.com/). We take our refund policy seriously, so please review it carefully. All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. Check https://www.techtroma.com/terms-and-conditions/
Techtroma reserves the sole right to cancel or reschedule a training session or change the trainer, training location due to insufficient enrollments, trainer/instructor unavailability, or force majeure conditions.
Refund Policy in Case of Training Cancellation by Techtroma:
If Techtroma cancels or postpones an event, 100% of the course fees will be refunded to the delegate if the refund request is raised within 10 days of course purchase.
If the Delegate Opts for Cancellation/Refund:
Delegates must request a refund within 3 business days after attending the first session (classroom/Instructor-led online). A formal refund request should be sent via an official email to enquiry@techtroma.com from the date of course commencement. Any refund request made after this period will not be entertained.
No refunds will be provided if the delegate/participant has attended 8 hours or more of the session.
If the delegate/participant has not attended any live session, the refund request must be raised within 30 days from the payment date. Any request beyond this period will not be considered.
All refunds will be processed within 20-30 business working days after approval by Techtroma, with applicable deductions, including taxes.
Any duplicate payment made will be refunded upon request, with payment proof. Such refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of intimation by the delegate.
If the participant has accessed more than 25% of any e-learning course content or attended online classrooms/received recordings for more than 8 hours, the refund request will not be considered.
